We are pleased to announce that LLF attorney Richard M. Martin, Jr. will be a speaker at the American Association for Justice 2019 annual convention in San Diego on Sunday, July 28. The AAJ Admiralty Law Section is presenting a CLE program for attorney education and Richard was invited to speak. His maritime litigation experience includes claims under the Jones Act, Section 905b of the Longshoremen and Harbor Workers Compensation Act, the Extension of Admiralty Jurisdiction Act, the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, the Death on the High Seas Act, the Public Vessels Act and the Suits in Admiralty Act.
