Meet Our New Attorney, Penny Kissinger

We are happy to announce that attorney Penny Kissinger has joined Lamothe Law Firm!

Penny previously served as Deputy Chief of the SAKI Unit (Sexual Assault Kit Initiative) in the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office. SAKI is a prosecution unit responsible for screening and litigating sexual assault felony cases, specializing in cold cases. She advocated for sexual assault survivors throughout the criminal process from screening until a final resolution was reached.
