Richard was a speaker for the Admiralty Law Section on the topic, “Using FRCP 4(k)(2) to Obtain Personal Jurisdiction Over Foreign Defendants.” He is a veteran trial lawyer with over 30 years of experience handling personal injury and wrongful death cases focusing on maritime and offshore claims.
Kristi attended the Child Sexual Abuse and Sexual Assault Litigation Groups’ sessions. She is an experienced trial attorney and her areas of focus include civil lawsuits for sexual abuse victims, and other personal injury litigation.
