The American Board of Trial Advocates partnered with the German-American Lawyers Association to present a Masters in Trial demonstration on a trial of a patent case during their annual meeting in Boston recently. A direct and cross-examination of experts, and jury instructions and deliberations were part of the demonstration.
The ABOTA Foundation hosts Masters in Trial programs throughout the world to help increase the advocacy skills of trial lawyers. Through work with chapters and cooperating organizations, the ABOTA Foundation educates lawyers of all experience levels to make them more effective advocates. All of the trial team counsel are ABOTA members and are well-known and highly respected in their fields.
