Lamothe Law Firm attorney Kristi Schubert has been selected as a 2023 Top 40 under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer in Louisiana by The National Trial Lawyers. Only a select few of the most qualified attorneys from each state receive this honor.
Ms. Schubert has been a member of the Louisiana Association for Justice for 10 years and Head of the LAJ Women’s Caucus Publications Committee for 6 years spearheading efforts to encourage and assist female attorneys in publishing more than 50 articles in legal publications in the State of Louisiana. She was a guest speaker at Louisiana Association for Justice 2019 Fall Conference. Ms. Schubert was a speaker for New Orleans Bar Association CLE in December 2021 regarding “Sexual Abuse Cases in Louisiana and Trauma-Informed Communication Tips for Attorneys.”
Ms. Schubert joined the Lamothe Law Firm in 2017. Ms. Schubert is an experienced civil litigation and personal injury attorney with active experience in jury trials in both state and federal courts. Her areas of focus include civil lawsuits on behalf of sexual abuse and assault victims, and other personal injury matters including automobile accidents and premise liability claims.
