Recently, Lamothe Law Firm was successful in reaching a settlement for a confidential amount on behalf of our client who was sexually assaulted by a security guard in a New Orleans hotel. Our client was diagnosed with PTSD as a result of the assault. This settlement will enable our client to participate in intensive treatment programs specially designed for victims of trauma.
