Lawsuit Filed for Victims of Catastrophic Tank Battery Explosion

Lamothe Law Firm, in association with the Shafner Law Firm of Denver, Colorado, recently filed a lawsuit arising out of a catastrophic tank battery explosion in Mead, Colorado that killed one worker and seriously injured three others.

We are representing two of the injured workers, who sustained extremely serious, permanent injuries, including third-degree burns.
