Search Warrant Served on Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston

Investigators with the Conroe, Texas Police Department, Texas Rangers, Texas Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office and other agencies served a search warrant on the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston seeking ‘secret archives’ of a priest accused of sex abuse. Last month, a Pennsylvania federal prosecutor ordered Cardinal DiNardo, President of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, to preserve all sexual abuse-related documents at any Catholic diocese across the country.

We are pleased to see law enforcement involved in finding justice for the victims of abuse by priests. Lamothe Law Firm has substantial experience in sex abuse cases involving priests and is passionate about finding justice for their clients.
