The Lamothe Law Firm together with Ressler & Tesh, PLLC of Seattle successfully represented the biological parents of Madison Parrott in the wrongful death civil suit filed against the State of Louisiana, through the Department of Children and Family Services and Trenique Faciane. The claim against the State alleged inadequate oversight after warning signs of abuse had appeared. This was a tragedy which should have been avoided. The fact that Trenique Faciane has finally been brought to justice is small solace for the tragic loss of Madison Parrott.
