While our client was routinely “moving a waste disposal cart”, she tripped and fell on the open lid of the cart and suffered severe and excruciating injuries. Her injuries included spinal cord contusions and compression with major nerve damage which resulted in her being wheelchair dependent.
We have sued the waste disposal company providing the cart as well as the manufacturer of the cart and claiming inadequate warnings and defective design of the waste disposal cart. The Complaint was filed in Federal and State Courts .
Our client suffered a loss of income, medical expenses, severely painful and disabling injuries, loss of enjoyment of life and other damages.
