Rusty Savoie

Rusty Savoie works with focused diligence and persistence to protect the rights of his clients. He seeks to obtain the best and highest result possible, while taking time to give back to the community. His peers view him as hard working and demanding, while still being someone who is reasonable in negotiations to achieve a fair result.

With more than 12 years experience handling litigation and adversarial proceedings, he has litigated cases in both State and Federal Louisiana Courts. His areas of trial practice include business and tort litigation. His experience includes cases including Class Action Matters, Jones Act and Maritime, State Workers’ Compensation, and the Federal Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. He is proud to have secured significant jurisdictional rulings in class action cases over the years.

Savoie has worked for the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. and the Board of Commissioners of the Port of New Orleans in New Orleans, Louisiana. Graduating from Loyola University of New Orleans in 1996, Mr. Savoie earned a joint degree in Law and Masters of Business Administration. Since then he has litigated many difficult cases, earning him the experience to serve as lecturer in many areas of trial practice, including real estate litigation and business litigation.

Attorney Savoie is also a member of the State Bar of Louisiana and the Covington Bar Association. He lives in Covington, Louisiana as the proud father of four children.
