Frank Lamothe recently traveled to Panama City, Panama, as part of a Study Group Delegation of the New Orleans Bar Association. NOBA hosted continuing legal education courses about trade and project financing in Latin America, negotiating commercial agreements, and using international arbitration for dispute resolution with Latin American companies. The group also met with local commercial leaders and government officials to discuss economic development.
